How it began
Gift Studio by SM started with a simple idea — that a gift should feel personal, not generic. What began as hand-tying ribbons on a kitchen table has grown into a small studio dedicated to curated, made-to-order gift boxes for birthdays, anniversaries, and every "just because" moment.
Every box we send out is packed by hand, checked twice, and finished with the little details — a keepsake tag, a handwritten note, a ribbon tied just right — that we'd want to receive ourselves.
We believe gifting should feel warm, unhurried, and personal — so that's exactly how we build every box.

1. Orders & Payment
- Advance payment is mandatory. Full payment must be received before your order is confirmed and put into production.
- Orders are only scheduled for packing/delivery once payment is confirmed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at the time of confirmed payment applies to your order.
2. Refunds & Returns
- No refunds or returns are offered once an order has been confirmed and payment received, as each box is freshly prepared and personalised for you.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once packing has begun.
- In the rare case an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos — we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
3. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays).
- Please double-check the delivery address and recipient details — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided.
4. Customisation
- Personalised items (photos, engravings, custom messages) are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold, hence they are non-refundable.
- Please review all customisation details (spelling, photos, messages) carefully before confirming — we are not liable for errors submitted by the customer.
- Flowers, candles and perishable items are subject to natural variation from the images shown.
In short: Orders require full payment in advance, and once confirmed, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are possible. We appreciate your understanding — this helps us keep every box handmade, fresh, and personal.
